   Integrated Calendar
A Calendar provides much needed functionality for viewing events on different dates and organising time within a day. An overview of the month can be presented with all days listed with colour codes indicating what events are happening and by which user each day. If you select another name you can view another person's calendar items as well as add to their calender.  
If you select all staff a calendar detailing all events on one screen can be shown and by simply highlighting the mouse over a day a window is shown giving details of what is happening on that day and which staff member is performing it.
 Add Events
The calendar allows for adding standard events as well as holiday and car bookings. Once a holiday is booked the time sheet program will ignore these days and no alert will be sent to the user.
