An email campaign allows you to automate sending emails to an individual, as opposed to bulk mails which are all sent at the same time. This allows you to automate your sales process so instead of sending chasing up emails to your customers, Intrabench can do this for you automatically.
When a bulk email is sent from Intrabench you can track who clicked and opened the mail as well as bounced and unsubscribed.

Tracking leads is what Intrabench does best.
You can easily find what products a customer is interested in. Intrabench allows you to do this in a number of ways.
You can create a custom field to track the status at each stage, you can update status, search on your clients and see the statistics as they change from month to month or day by day. A simple report is created based on the custom field you created and can track changes over time and staff.
Applications may enter the system through a number of roads, they can be entered manually, imported via a CSV file in the system, which came from your website via a form created by you even using the form handler Intrabench or online shop. Applications can then be viewed using the call interface quickly and easily, to add notes, correspondence and update the status of it.

Project Manager
The project manager allows you to create and manage projects within Intrabench.
You can look at an Intrabench project as a group of tasks all linked together, allowing you to prioritise and assign staff a number of tasks that need to be completed at certain times. As tasks are carried out, notes can be left on a task, and with each note added an email update is sent to everyone on the project.

Using this part of the system allows a help desk system to be incorporated into the CRM software.
For example you could assign support@yourcompany.com to a project and when a customer emails this address an automated email is sent back to the customer to acknowledge receipt of the new task. A copy of this message is also sent to all project users and they can then respond to the customer by simply replying to the email.

A calendar provides much needed functionality for viewing events on different dates and organising time within a day. File Management
Keeping files on office machines, home PCs or laptops isn't efficient. Intrabench allows you to store your important business files in a central area accessible by all members of staff.
You can upload and download files to Intrabench using a very simple web page, no need to have FTP usernames or password or extra software. Files can be of any format, from word, PDF, images, video or backups and are accessible from any machine connected to the internet once you log in to Intrabench. Each staff member gets a personal file area where they can store files relating to just themselves. There is also a company file area, which acts as the company file store and can contain terms and conditions, letterheads, procedure documents, images and logos or anything else you can think off.

Website Management
Intrabench contains a simple to use content management system.
You first need to create a template which can be seen as similar to a letter head for your company. It's the design, graphics and menu of your site without any content.
You can use one of the preset templates to get your site up and running quickly, you can create your own or as most people do, import your existing website template into Intrabench. This can be done by yourself or by one of our support team.

Online Shop
As your company will need to send and track invoices. Intrabench includes this as part of the package.
Once you have added in details about a company into the system you will then be able to create Invoices, Quotes and Purchase Orders by simply clicking on the relevant button.
When a customer selects a product, they can add it to their basket and update quantities. Once they have finished they can check out their software and purchase. The shop also allows you to link products together so people can see products that are related or that other people have purchased that are similar to the one they are viewing.

Event Ticketing
When you need to manage event bookings or guest lists then Intrabench allows you to create registration pages with your custom graphics, look and feel. You can assign options for each booking and each option including costs if necessary. On the final screen a complete total break down is shown where the user can then pay if there is a charge. Payment is via Pay Pal or a UK merchant account. Once a booking is complete and the user has paid, a ticket confirmation is sent to them with all their chosen ticket options in PDF format automatically. Your booking on the admin screen is also changed to paid/completed. For the event you can print out a PDF with each person who is coming along so you can tick these off at the door.

Large amounts of the system can be configured from the look and feel to the functionality of the system.
