Intrabench// comprises many features and sections, all of which are inter-linked. It's not necessary when starting to use Intrabench// to use all features at once. It's possible to use only a subsection of the software and then grow to use more components. Below is a list of modules currently available in the basic package.
By clicking on each, you can see indepth what they actually achieve. Each set of functions are available to different user levels, and each system user can be allowed to access only a subset of features available. You can configure an access levels for Intrabench//, and set which features they have access to and which they don't.
Campaign Management So you need to stay in contact with your potential clients, but just don't have the time. This is where email campaign management allows you to automatically send emails within specified time frames to your potential clients. In this way you are keeping your leads up to date with information, as if you were sending the emails personally. These emails can be constructed in such a way to entice the potential customer to buy your product.

Bulk Emailing Staying in contact with clients over email is the quickest and most cost effective way to let people know about changes within your organisation as well as news and new product releases. Since each contact in your database can be tagged by many different attributes you can select these on the search screen, and then bulk email the search results. The page will display exactly how many people will get the email as well as how many people were found in the database and how many people opted out of receiving email. You can then type in your subject, email and body before emailing the content to your subset of the database.

Invoicing One extremely useful feature that requires an entire section to itself. The invoicing module allows you to quickly create quotes for customers, which is usually one of the most time consuming tasks. Once created it can then be faxed, emailed and SMS'd to the client all at the same time, as well as converting it to an invoice and copying it to other companies so it can be used as a template.
