Features Breakdown

Intrabench// comprises many features and sections, all of which are inter-linked. It's not necessary when starting to use Intrabench// to use all features at once. It's possible to use only a subsection of the software and then grow to use more components. Below is a list of modules currently available in the basic package.

By clicking on each, you can see indepth what they actually achieve. Each set of functions are available to different user levels, and each system user can be allowed to access only a subset of features available. You can configure an access levels for Intrabench//, and set which features they have access to and which they don't.

Campaign Management

So you need to stay in contact with your potential clients, but just don't have the time. This is where email campaign management allows you to automatically send emails within specified time frames to your potential clients. In this way you are keeping your leads up to date with information, as if you were sending the emails personally. Bulk Emailing

Staying in contact with clients over email is the quickest and most cost effective way to let people know about changes within your organisation as well as news and new product releases. Since each contact in your database can be tagged by many different attributes you can select these on the search screen, and then bulk email the search results. The page will display exactly how many people will get the email as well as how many people were found in the database and how many people opted out of receiving email. Contact and Company Database

At the core, Intrabench// is a contact-management system with business communications capabilities. Every business function is supported, from marketing and sales to billing and accounts. You categorise your contacts and group them in any number of ways. The address book adapts to your needs - you can add fields and arrange the layout to suit your way of working.

Invoicing

One extremely useful feature that requires an entire section to itself. The invoicing module allows you to quickly create quotes for customers, which is usually one of the most time consuming tasks. Once created it can then be faxed, emailed and SMS'd to the client all at the same time, as well as converting it to an invoice and copying it to other companies so it can be used as a template. Event Booking and Management

The Events sub-system of Intrabench// allows you to create an event that people can sign up to. This event could be a physical event that takes place somewhere or simply an email subscription list. Events can be free or you can create complex ticket options, such as number of adults and/or children and various other options. Intrabench// encompasses an online shop allowing you to easily sell your products by creating categories and adding product pictures and prices. Survey and Market Research

Market research or customer feedback is always useful, and with Intrabench// you can create easy to fill in online survey forms that can be anonymous or not. You can create survey forms that span multiple pages and allows users to select answers from drop down boxes, check boxes, free text, or radio buttons.
