Invoices

All quotes encompass a sign-off sheet so that a client can confirm the order. If an invoice has already been sent to a client, then it's possible with one click to cancel the invoice and create a credit note that can also be faxed or emailed to the client.
Each company has a summary screen which details how much is outstanding and due from a client including how much a client has paid altogether. A summary sheet can also be produced for the client and emailed so they can see a statement of what is due. The client may also log into the system to view and pay for invoices.
A payment itinerary can also be viewed which lists the payments received and against which invoices. Over payments or on account payments can also be handled so money can be taken in advance and tracked. Credit limits against a customers account and default payment terms can be set so that you know if a client is over stretching their limits.
It doesn't stop there however. Intrabench can handle repeat billing and automatically create invoices at repeated intervals. These invoices are emailed, faxed or posted to the client automatically. If you so desire intrabench can also take payments via credit card or direct debit automatically.
For those clients that don't pay on time, Intrabench also contains an automatic credit control module to chase up and remind customers of invoices they need to pay.
All these features demonstrate how easy it is to organise a company's finances with Intrabench and save time in creating documents and quotes compared to a word processor or alternate accounts system.
