   Central Email Archiving
 
Your CRM software is the central place for all your company wide data, however this does not omit the fact that you'll also be sending and receiving emails from clients using your email software such as Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail. Staff communicating directly with customers with email need the email to be logged in a central place along side the customers record. Intrabench allows you to do this by linking all your email systems to Intrabench for email archiving and logging.

You can see all emails in date order for a relevant customer by looking at the correspondence history for that client. This will list all emails, phone calls, notes, call backs and any other items so you can quickly see all communications in a single place.
